The Bannatyne health club Kingsford Park, Colchester is expanding its fitness classes to react to the current pandemic restrictions with the introduction of outdoor classes.

The timetable includes Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga, Pilates and HIIT.  Up to 30 people can safely participate in the classes in the extensive grounds of the health club.
Tim Morffew, general manager at the Bannatyne Health Club Kingsford Park, said: “Members have embraced our new procedures since re-opening as they understand we need to keep them and our staff safe.
“Classes within the club are still going ahead but with smaller groups to ensure social distancing so we decided to utilise the fabulous outdoor areas we have and, weather permitting, add extra options outside where we can have more people participating in a safe manner.”

“The new class environment has proved very popular already with members and we’ve been delighted with the take up.”
