The Bannatyne Health Club and Spa in Weybridge has unveiled its new Zen Garden for spa guests and health club members to enjoy.
The Zen Garden offers an outdoor area for members and guests to relax in before and after treatments, or after exercising at the health club.
The concept stems from Japanese culture and aims to help reduce stress, improve focus, and develop a sense of wellbeing. Bannatyne Weybridge’s Zen Garden follows traditional layouts and features raked rocks and Japanese style shrubbery.
Tom Mitchell, general manager at the Bannatyne Health Club and Spa in Weybridge, said: “I’m really pleased to see the Zen Garden unveiled to our members and spa guests.
“The Zen Garden is a calm and tranquil environment and is a lovely sun trap which people will be able to enjoy on our outdoor furniture. Our aim is to make guests and members as relaxed as possible, and in these challenging times that is more important than ever.
“This is a fairly new feature to the Bannatyne health clubs, and I am confident it will receive great feedback from members and guests, our staff already love it!”
