To celebrate Covers Timber & Builders Merchants’ 175th anniversary, its Aldershot depot is inviting customers and the local community to join the team for its final Anniversary Challenge & Demonstration Morning on Tuesday 4th October.
Between 7.30am and 1pm, visitors to the depot can speak to suppliers from fastening specialist Spax, plasterboard and ceiling manufacturer British Gypsum, paving supplier Bradstone, outdoor composite decking specialist Millboard, insulation manufacturer Rockwool, speciality adhesives company Sika, and leading hand and power tool distributor Toolbank.
Throughout the event, each supplier will be encouraging customers to complete various challenges for the chance to win up to £175 worth of Love2Shop gift cards. Customers will also be able to enjoy a free hog roast and a drink.
All those taking part in the challenges will have a final chance to become one of Covers’ Challenge Champions. Those with the highest score for each challenge at the end of the demonstration morning will be added to a league table of participants from all Covers depots.
The contestant who is at the top of the board for each challenge will become a Covers Challenge Champion. Prizes for being top of the league include a Cello Notepad, Apple Watch, Apple iPad, 50-inch 4K TV, a Bose speaker and a £250 Love2shop gift voucher.

We may see some of the current leaders, who have been at the top of the league tables for a few weeks, knocked off at the very last moment, so it’s a great opportunity for people to come along and take the crown!”
Covers will announce the Covers’ Challenge Champions very soon after the Aldershot event.
The Covers Anniversary Challenge & Demonstration Morning takes place on Tuesday 4th October between 7.30am and 1pm at Covers depot in Aldershot, which is located on Blackwater Park.
