Having a top floor of a home is a dream for many house hunters and a new survey from Barratt and David Wilson Homes has revealed the ways in which Bedfordshire homebuyers would use a top floor if they owned a three storey home.
The survey, conducted by the five star developers*, disclosed that residents in the county would use their top floor for creating another bedroom.
22% of homebuyers in Bedfordshire said that they would use the top floor to create another bedroom.
If the little ones are growing up fast and are desperate for their own room instead of sharing with their siblings, an extra bedroom could be a great addition to the top floor of a property to keep the tantrums at bay. Alternatively, using the top floor for the principal bedroom could provide a space away from the children to relax and unwind after a long day.
