Locals of Horley are in for a treat this month as The Foresters opens its doors, following a massive £150,000 investment.
Located on Victoria Road, the venue has undergone a complete overhaul and been transformed into a cosy pub with an updated, modern décor and brand-new garden area.
The Foresters will boast one of the best sports offerings locally that will allow customers to catch the action as it happens – be it the Man United vs. Tottenham Hotspur match on 4th December or Anthony Joshua vs. Ruiz Jr fight on the 7th December – in the best surroundings possible. Bookable booths with individual screens will also offer the perfect option for those that prefer fewer distractions, customers can book online or by phone. Darts boards will also keep guests entertained all night.
The drinks menu features a range of premium draught beer and Cask Ales and a creative range of spirits, including Hendrick’s Summer Solstice, Beefeater Blood Orange and Verano Watermelon gin. There are also party bowls and a selection of cocktails including the famous Pornstar Martini, classic Singapore Sling and a refreshing Mojito. Low and no-alcohol choices have also been added, including Gordon’s Ultra Low G&T and Cedar’s 0% gin.
With a varied food menu, guests can build their own burgers, starting with double, triple or quadruple chicken, beef or soya patties and adding toppings such as classic cheese and bacon, BBQ sauce and Wotsits or Hot Buffalo sauce and crispy onions amongst others. There are also juicy chicken wings and dishes to share with friends, as well as pub classics like pies or fish & chips. An extensive range of Vegetarian and plant-based dishes are also available, including meat-free tikka masalas and meat-free sausage rolls!
Every day of the week sees a different food offer from chicken wings Mondays and burger & drink Tuesdays, to Best of British Friday and Weekend sharers. These offers are the perfect pairing for the pub’s events, which include Karaoke Fridays and Sunday Quiz Nights from 8pm.
Those looking to celebrate Christmas in style can get their hands on a 3-course dinner for £13.49 – with a side of six Pigs-In-Blankets for an additional £1.50.
